PHMI draws from our experience, the intellectual resources of Harvard University, and our international network of partners to develop and deliver courses customized to meet specific objectives. Whether part of a long-term partnership, or in collaboration with a single-program partner, these courses address the goals of the partner and are delivered in a highly interactive format. Courses may be developed to address a range of issues, such as active teaching and learning strategies, including problem-based learning; evidence-based medicine; leadership and management strategies and skills, including team-building, innovation, change management and negotiation; assessment and program evaluation; and train-the-trainer courses.
