Sustainability and continuous quality improvement are achieved when those elements are geared to the establishment of a learning culture where individuals and teams are provided with the appropriate tools to allow them to work collaboratively and flourish.

These collaborations draw upon a wide range of resources to provide the experiential learning and transformational education experiences that vital to an organization’s growth and development. Working at multiple levels of the organization— from the executive leadership to the managerial level and the frontlines of care and education—PHMI works with clients to help foster relevant programs that are aligned with the organization’s learning needs. This work is a combination of coaching and mentoring to provide role modeling and situational leadership, and structured education programs customized to meet specific objectives.
