Ms. Regan joined then-Harvard Medical International in 2001. She serves as the Director for Global Programs and Corporate Affairs at Partners Harvard Medical International. She works closely with the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and client executives to oversee the administrative, financial, and operational support aspects for PHMI’s client programs. Ms. Regan is actively involved in the development of proposals for new and potential clients and also participates directly in the delivery of services to clients, as necessary.

Prior to joining PHMI Ms. Regan served as the Administrative and Financial Officer at the American International Health Alliance Moscow Office, where she was responsible for overseeing the operations of numerous hospital partnerships and special health care initiatives throughout Russia and the former Soviet Union.

Ms. Regan received her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management from Boston University School of Management in Boston, Massachusetts, and her Bachelor of Arts in Russian and East European Studies from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. She speaks Russian and has experience working in Australia, China, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
